- Designer as a communicator (communication, interaction, feedback and navigation)

- Designer as an observer and a researcher (research and survey)

Group Work 2:

- Identifying the potentials and limitations of the designer

- Specification of survey questions to analyze the user group (determination of the profile and needs of the users)
